Traveller's Diarrhoea is a common ailment affecting individuals travelling to areas with different sanitation standards. It results from the ingestion of a bacteria, virus, or parasite through food or drinks while or on holiday or when travelling. It is characterised by frequent, loose, or watery stools often accompanied by abdominal cramps, nausea, and sometimes fever. Preventive measures include practising good hygiene, avoiding tap water and street food, and eating in reputable restaurants. Although traveller's diarrhoea is not severe, it can be very uncomfortable.
